Volunteer for the Library

Volunteer for the Library
Each year volunteers donate more than 8,000 hours of their time to support the Glendora Public Library. Assisting staff with meeting the needs of the community, Library volunteers are an important part of why Glendora is the Pride of the Foothills. The Library is always looking for enthusiastic community supporters. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities at the library including helping in the Friends Book & Gift Shop. The Book & Gift Shop is run entirely by volunteers and sells used books and unique gifts. All proceeds generated from the Book & Gift Shop support the programs and services of the Glendora Public Library. Book & Gift Shop volunteers work in the store during open business hours and are also needed to sort and stock the bookstore - no experience necessary.
For more information contact Volunteer Coordinator, Bonnie Deering at (626) 852-4809.
